Refund & Returns Policy
At Beecrete, we ensure that your purchases are always safe and secure. That’s why we provide a clear and easy returns process, in accordance with the rules and quality standards of our products.
If you receive a defective product or there was an error with your order, you can request a replacement or a refund, provided the following conditions are met:
1. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

The product must have been purchased from Beecrete.

The product must be in its original condition:

Unused.

With all original labels.
-
Packaging undamaged.

A receipt or invoice must be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
2. Exceptions
The right of return does not apply in the following cases:

Products made specifically for you according to your specifications or clearly personalized.

Products that are perishable or have a short shelf life.

Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

Certain products, such as glass or plastic packaging items, which cannot be returned due to a high risk of damage during transport.
3. How to Return a Product
Return Form: Fill out the Return Form and send it either via email to info@beecrete.gr or physically to the store at Velissariou 3, Heraklion, Crete, ZIP 71410. If the product is defective, please also attach a photo of the product to help us evaluate the return.
Packaging: Pack the product securely to ensure it is fully protected during shipping.
Shipping: Send the package using the same method it was delivered:

Courier (e.g., ELTA) with recipient paying – up to 3 kg cost €5, plus €1 for each additional kg.

Or in coordination with the shipping company that made the delivery, with fees based on volume/weight (€5–50).

Refunds: Once the product is received within the specified period and found to be in good condition, the company will refund the full amount to the customer using the same payment method, within 14 days of receipt. If the packaging has been opened, the product used, or it is incomplete, the value will be reduced accordingly, and the customer must compensate the company.
