Terms and conditions
The company reserves the right to modify or revise these terms of use and transactions at any time, and we encourage you to review them regularly for any updates.
1. Information and Products Provided
We commit to making every effort to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate, valid, and complete, regarding both the company and the products and services offered via the online store. Product features are available on our website, where you can also view images and detailed information. Despite our efforts to maintain product availability, some items may not be in stock at the time of order. In such cases, you will be informed immediately via email or phone.
2. Ordering Process
All natural and legal persons can place a valid order through our online store, provided they have the legal capacity or represent the legal entity in accordance with applicable law. The information displayed on our website does not constitute an offer or binding contract. Each order you place is considered an offer to purchase the selected products. Before completing your order, you can review and accept these terms via the corresponding checkbox.
Orders are processed by authorized staff on business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on non-business days (holidays, exceptional days, etc.) will be processed on the next business day.
Your order is considered accepted once a confirmation email is sent to the address provided during checkout. This email constitutes the sales contract. It will include your order details, recipient information, payment method, shipping method, and estimated delivery time. Please check all details carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or discrepancies. The company reserves the right to modify prices or limit offers and discounts at any time, even before your order is submitted, but never after confirmation.
If we are unable to accept all or part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel it without any liability, notifying you immediately and refunding any payment made.
Orders may not be accepted, for example, if:

The order is made using automated software, robots, crawlers, or other automated means.
3. Payment Methods
You can pay for your order in three different ways:
Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay directly in cash upon receiving your order (only for courier deliveries within Greece). COD charges depend on the courier company. Cash on delivery cannot exceed the maximum limit defined by law.
Bank Deposit / Wire Transfer: Pay directly via cash deposit or bank transfer to one of our accounts:

Include your full name or order number in the transfer reference. Interbank fees from other banks are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Methods
We ship throughout Greece via courier, BoxNow, or other partnered shipping companies.
Orders within Greece are delivered via ELTA COURIER directly to your address to ensure speed, safety, and reliability. If your address is not serviced by the courier, the package will be delivered to the nearest courier office for pickup.
If you choose another shipping company, collection from our store is your responsibility. COD is not available, and shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For BoxNow deliveries, packages are collected from the nearest locker. COD is not supported.
If delivery via courier or shipping company is not possible, Beecrete will contact you to arrange an alternative.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Orders over €100 and up to 5 kg delivered within Greece are free. COD charges vary by courier. All prices include 24% VAT.
Shipments to Cyprus or abroad are not supported via the e-shop and require prior arrangement with the customer.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is completed and shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number to follow your shipment.
7. Delivery Time
Delivery time is calculated from the payment date. Courier or BoxNow deliveries typically take 2–3 business days, while shipping company deliveries take 2–4 business days. Remote areas may require 3–15 business days.
Delivery via shipping company is to the company’s local pickup point unless otherwise arranged.
8. Wrong Product Shipment
If incorrect products are delivered, the company covers all shipping costs to correct the order. You may return incorrect products at no cost, provided they are in original, unused condition with intact packaging. Prior contact with the company is required to process the return. Refunds are issued according to the original payment method.
9. Defective Products
Defective products are subject to technical inspection. If found functional, inspection costs may be charged to the customer after notice. If defective, the inspection is free, and the customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract withdrawal. Refunds are made via the original payment method if replacement is not chosen.
10. Other Terms
Unpaid orders for available products are reserved for the day of submission only. Orders not collected within 7 business days are automatically canceled. Custom orders may require advance or full payment; such orders are non-refundable. Non-enforcement of any term does not waive other terms.
11. Force Majeure
The company is not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable events (extreme weather, strikes, fires, pandemics, transport issues). Communication will be made for alternative arrangements.
12. Liability Limitations
Information is provided “as is.” The company is not liable for technical problems, delays, or damages resulting from website use or unauthorized interference.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including texts, images, logos, and designs, is protected by Greek, European, and international law. Copying or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.
14. Customer / User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the website or brand in ways that violate terms or third-party rights, including illegal, harmful, offensive, or privacy-infringing actions. Customers must check products upon delivery; the risk transfers to the customer at receipt. The company may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
15. Website Security
Users are responsible for safe access, device protection, and software security. External links are provided for convenience; the company is not responsible for third-party content.
