Delivery Time
The delivery time is calculated from the date the order payment is completed. Shipments via courier or Box Now are typically delivered within 2–3 business days, while shipments via freight/transport companies are usually delivered within 2–4 business days. For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take between 3–15 business days.
For shipments handled by a transport company, collection is made from the company’s designated pickup point at the destination. If the shipping costs are paid directly to the transport company, home delivery may be arranged upon direct communication with the carrier.

At Beecrete, we are committed to the quality and reliability of our products. Warranty is provided exclusively for products that are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and in accordance with the terms set by the manufacturer.
1. Warranty Duration
The warranty period is defined according to the nature of each product and begins from the date of purchase, as proven by the receipt or invoice.2. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures arising under normal use of the product. In the event a defect is identified, the company reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a refund, following evaluation.3. Validity Conditions
For the warranty to be valid:- The product must be used in accordance with the usage instructions.
- It must not have been subjected to misuse, negligence, or modification.
- It must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:- Wear and tear resulting from normal use.
- Damage caused by improper use, dropping, moisture, or exposure to extreme conditions.
- Products that have been repaired or modified without the company’s approval.
- Consumables or products with a limited lifespan.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To activate the warranty, the customer must contact the company and provide the product along with proof of purchase. Photographic evidence may also be requested for the initial assessment of the issue.6. Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.These warranty terms do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer, as provided under applicable law.

1. Shipping Methods
The Beecrete serves deliveries throughout Greece and undertakes the shipment of orders via ΕΛΤΑ COURIER or through a cooperating transport agency, depending on the destination area and the nature of the shipment.
Shipments within Greece are primarily carried out via ELTA Courier, with delivery to the address provided during checkout, ensuring speed, security, and reliability. If home delivery is not available for your area, the parcel will be sent to the nearest courier branch for collection.
If you wish to use a different courier company, the collection of the parcel from our store will be arranged under your own responsibility and coordination. In this case:

Cash on delivery is not supported, and

The shipping cost is borne exclusively by the customer.
Alternatively, shipment may be carried out via the BOX NOW service, with collection from the locker of your choice. Cash on delivery is not supported for this option.
If delivery to your area is not feasible via courier or transport agency, Beecrete will contact you to provide further information and determine the most suitable alternative delivery method.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically after entering your details on the “Checkout” page.
For orders over €100 and up to 5kg, with delivery within Greece, shipping is free.
The cash-on-delivery fee is determined based on the courier company selected.
All prices include 24% VAT.
Please note that shipments to Cyprus or other countries are not supported through the e-shop and are carried out only upon direct communication with the customer regarding the shipping method and applicable charges.

4. Shipment Tracking / Notification
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided and/or an SMS at the mobile number you registered, including the tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

At Beecrete, we ensure that your purchases are always made with safety and confidence. For this reason, we provide a clear and simple returns process, in accordance with the rules and quality standards of our products.
If you receive a defective product or if there has been an error with your order, you may request a replacement or a refund, provided that the following conditions are met:
1. Return Conditions
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must have been purchased from Beecrete.
- The product must be in its original condition:
- Unused
- With all original tags attached
- With no damage to the packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
2. Return Exceptions
The right of return does not apply in the following cases:
- Products that have been manufactured according to your specifications or are clearly personalized.
- Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
- Certain products, such as glass or plastic packaging items, which cannot be returned due to a high risk of damage during transport.
3. Return Process
- Return Form Completion: Fill out the Return Form and send it either by email to info@beecrete.gr or in physical form to our store at Velissariou 3, Heraklion, Crete, Postal Code 71410. If the product is defective, please also attach a photo so we can evaluate the return request.
- Packaging: Pack the product carefully to ensure it is fully protected during shipping.
- Shipping: Send the parcel using the same method by which it was delivered:
- By courier (e.g., ELTA) with charges billed to the recipient – up to 3 kg costs €5, and for each additional kilogram, add €1.
- Or, in coordination with the transport company that delivered the order, with charges depending on volume/weight (€5–€50).

If the packaging has been opened, the product has been used, or items are missing, the value will be reduced accordingly, and the customer will be required to compensate the company.
